The Ouroboros, the serpent devouring its own tail, has long symbolized eternity, the endless cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Though Edgar Allan Poe never wrote a work explicitly titled Ouroboros, this ancient symbol echoes throughout the themes of his writing: decay, transformation, and the haunting return of what once was.

This miniature scene captures that eternal loop, a quiet reminder that endings often become beginnings.

This ring features a faceted clear quartz stone that acts as a window into a hand painted miniature artwork created by artist Admin Torres.

Each tiny painting was meticulously executed by hand, transforming the stone into a small framed world. The quartz amplifies and protects the artwork beneath it, creating depth and luminosity within the piece. The metalwork was handcrafted in oxidized sterling silver, giving the ring an aged and atmospheric character that echoes the dark romanticism of Poe’s literature.
